Questions, answered plainly.
- Is enterprise data available today?
- Not yet. Public indices publish only after enough independent, privacy-eligible activity exists. We're onboarding design partners now.
- Do you sell personal or private deal data?
- No. We publish permitted aggregates only — never personal data, children's data, private mandates or individual contract terms.
- How are affiliated or test transactions handled?
- Synthetic, test and founder-affiliated activity is excluded from independent demand, price and liquidity measures.
- Will there be an API?
- Yes, as a scoped, metered professional API and Creativity MCP. Read-only tools come first.
Integrity before market claims.
Our long-term ambition is a reliable reference layer for original-IP creation, qualified buyer intent and verifiable rights transactions. We will publish only adequately sourced and appropriately permitted data. Activity labeled synthetic, founder-affiliated, or insufficiently verified is excluded from public independent market benchmarks. Private mandates and creator work remain subject to their permissions.
